On February 13- the sixth day of the Chinese Lunar Year, HOdo Group held the 2016 annual mobilization meeting for promotion of the “six standards”. Zhou Haijiang, secretary of the party committee and president of the Group gave a detailed exposition of the profound meaning of “follow the trend, know the way, method optimization and a righteous heart”. He required all the HOdo staff to keep up with the trend, grasp the law and focus on the “three independents, six standards” in order to make voluntary effort and strive to make more achievements in 2016. The Group’s board chairman Zhou Yaoting, other Group leaders and more than 1,200 middle and senior cadres of the Group were present at the meeting.

59 Group pacesetters for the year 2015 were grandly commended at the meeting, including pacesetter for the factory director, for financial affairs, for management, for marketing, for shop manager and for production. Liu Lianhong, general manager of the investment company, Zhou Hongjiang, general manager of joint stock company, Dai Minjun, general manager of international company and Gu Rui, chairman of General Company gave speech respectively for introduction of their companies on the development in 2015 and the development plan for 2016.

Before briefly reviewing the Group’s general condition in 2015 and deploying the Group’s overall task for 2016, Zhou Haijiang gave a deep and detailed explanation on the profound meaning of “follow the trend, know the way, method optimization and a righteous heart”. After that, he made important deployment concerning the three independents (independent innovation, independent brand, and independent capital) and the acceleration of intelligentization, greenization, internationalization, servitization, high-end oriented, and securitization. He hoped that all the HOdo employees would continue their work by centering on the “six standards” in the new year, specify the main responsibilities, detail the task indexes, implement the time of completion, link up with the performance assessment, and realize innovation and win-win outcome. Lastly, Zhou Yaoting gave important instructions and hoped all the employees would have firm confidence to work hard toward a more brilliant 2016.
